18" BRU JNE REPLICA $550.00 Originally made by the Casimar Bru firm in France circa 1880.Replica is signed and dated by dollmaker Connie Drake. Doll is 18 inches tall (20" including hat). Porcelain head is handpainted and has the finest gray-blue glass paperweight eyes. Handmade mohair wig is a honey colored blond. Jointed composition body. Her jacket , dress and hat are hand made from 100% silk and trimmed with hand piping and French lace. Earrings and brooch are included with doll, as is the stand. Handmade leather shoes with brass buckles exactly match the silk dress.
